Présenter une entreprise en anglais ne consiste pas seulement à donner son nom et son secteur d'activité. Une présentation professionnelle doit permettre à votre interlocuteur de comprendre rapidement qui est l'entreprise, ce qu'elle fait, où elle opère et ce qui la distingue.
A good company presentation should be clear, structured and concise. Avoid giving too many details at the beginning. Start with the essential information and develop your presentation progressively.

When introducing a company, there are several categories of information that are particularly useful.

A simple presentation can follow this order:

How to describe a company
1. Company name and type
Start by identifying the organisation.
2. Industry and business activity
Explain the company's sector and main activities.
3. Location and geographical presence

Talking about what a company does
Several verbs are particularly useful when describing business activities.

Instead of repeatedly saying "Our company does...", use precise business verbs such as provide, develop, produce, distribute, operate and specialise.

Present Simple for company descriptions
When describing a company's activities, we generally use the Present Simple.

With he, she, it and singular nouns, add -s to the verb:
